With the diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease (AD), there often comes confusion. Many people search for answers and what to do after the diagnosis. Even with the vast amount of Internet resources, individuals have unanswered questions and uncertainty about their future or the future of their loved ones. Participating in groups where individuals share commonalities and lived experience can help.
We welcome you to come and participate in our support groups. They consist of an educational component to address the questions you might have as well as lived experiences from others who are living with or caring for someone diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Our goal is to build stronger Alzheimer's communities and to be an agent in improving the quality of life and self-esteem for people living with AD and their caregivers.
